The Real Cooking Mini Tarts pastry set from Skyrocket was unveiled at the 2018 Toy Fair, introducing a fun way for kids to craft their own pastries from scratch.
The pastry-making kit includes a pastry maker, as well as necessary food ingredients such as packets of icing, dough and sprinkles. To complete the making of the treats, only a few fresh ingredients must be added, such as milk and eggs, although there are plenty of other add-ins from the kitchen that can be used to enhance one's custom tart creations.
The pastry playset for kids ages six and up is set to be available in the fall, and has the potential to give kids a new appreciation for what goes into the making of their favorite store-bought toaster pastry products.
