To commemorate this moment, the brand models the silhouette after an original that was designed by Albert Goodwill Spalding himself at the request of Dr. James Naismith. The latest Spalding basketball design features a cover made of premium Horween leather, a "No. M" stamp to signify its a Match Play ball, as well as an authentic stamped logo of A.G. Spalding and Bros.

The anniversary ball will be made available to fans 30 minutes after a tip-off.
