The all-new 'Azemichi Sofuto Kurimu' (or 'The Path Between Rice Fields Soft Serve') is a chilled dessert that's made with a base of green Japanese mugwort or wormwood and topped with a few candied locusts that have been boiled in a mixture of sugar and soy sauce.
