Fly By Jing -- the AAPI-founded fastest-growing premium Chinese food company -- and sustainable tinned fish company Fishwife recently joined forces to launch the new Smoked Salmon with Sichuan Chili Crisp.
The delicious new sustainable tinned fish snack will feature family-farmed, sustainably-sourced Arctic Smoked Salmon brined in extra-virgin olive oil, natural sea salt, organic garlic salt, and brown sugar, and of course, Sichuan Chili Crisp. Together, they create a "spicy, tingly, and deeply umami flavor experience."
The new Smoked Salmon with Sichuan Chili Crisp snack will be available for a limited time, while supplies last, and will be sold exclusively through the two brand's websites. The Smoked Salmon with Sichuan Chili Crisp will retail at $39 and will be available in 3-packs.
Notably, the collaboration was born from an in-person connection; founder Jing Gao of Fly By Jing and Fishwife Co-Founder Becca Millstein are friends and share an office.
