Cart Safe Protects the Inside, Outside, Child Seat and Handle

Cart Safe is a washable shopping cart cover that's designed to shield the inside and outside of the cart, plus the handle and child seat area. The product is made with Polyester and Spandex and it accommodates carts of all sizes thanks to a drawstring that can be secured in place.

Andi Barness-Rubin, creator of Cart Safe, says: "Once we learned that the quantity of bacteria found on shopping cart surfaces was higher than those found in public restrooms, we knew we needed to create a cover that would add that much-needed extra layer of protection between shoppers and shopping carts." In August 2020, Cart Safe launched a recyclable shopping cart liner and this new washable version promises to be a solution that sticks around post-pandemic. Soon, the cover is set to be available in a range of colors.
