Rocky's Matcha Taps Peter Shire for a New Collaboration

Rocky's Matcha has teamed up with Echo Park Pottery's renowned artist, Peter Shire, to create a unique collaboration that honors matcha culture while celebrating the vibrant art scene of Los Angeles.

In this exclusive collaboration, Peter Shire has designed a series of chawans, traditional tea bowls used in East Asian tea ceremonies. These chawans are limited to 100 pieces and come in two distinct sizes, reflecting Shire's distinctive artistic style. Each chawan is priced between $250 and $300 USD, offering a blend of functionality and artistic expression.

The Echo Park Pottery for Rocky’s Matcha chawans will be available for purchase starting June 27 through Rocky’s Matcha’s online store. A limited number of these unique tea bowls will also be featured at a physical pop-up event at Tom Sachs Bodega from June 29 to June 30.
