Cafe Rio Mexican Grill is putting its own twist on the classic pumpkin spice latte by serving up a new Pumpkin Spice Horchata.
For those unfamiliar, horchata is a traditional Mexican drink made from soaked rice (or sometimes tiger nuts). Cafe Rio's autumnal take on the drink consists of handmade Horchata blended with real pumpkin puree, and a special blend of cinnamon and spice. As the brand's Chief Concept Officer, Todd Smith, explains, "With the launch of a pumpkin version of one of our fan favorite signature drinks, we expect customers to enjoy this special, limited time recipe as much as they love our original Horchata."
The new Pumpkin Spice Horchata is available now from all Cafe Rio locations, including in-store, online, in-app, and via platforms like DoorDash
