In an attempt to raise awareness about the dangers of using semi-legal drugs in Japan, a paper company from Fuji City is helping a non-profit anti-drug organization to get the message out on rolls of printed toilet paper.
Legal loopholes in Japan prevent people from getting arrested from the use of what the local police calls "dangerous drugs," although more than 74 people died from use of these semi-legal drugs in 2014. The inside and the outside of the rolls make it clear that there are ample reasons why the use of these unsafe drugs should be avoided.
In the past, the same printed toilet paper manufacturer in Japan has gotten behind other movements to raise social awareness for other issues like bank transfer fraud and drunk driving.
