Starbucks is a chain that specializes in coffee and baked goods, but what it lacked was a selection of freshly made eatery -- now the chain opens the Princi Boutique bakery located in Seattle. Princi already has six locations across Milan and Europe and its Seattle location will serve over 100 menu items curated by the team at Starbucks and Italian baker Rocco Princi. The goods will infuse both Italian-imported ingredients with locally-sourced ingredients. Notably, this is a milestone for the company as its menu offerings are baked fresh on location.
There are artisan choices of fresh bread and pastries, including breakfast selection, lunch options, cocktails, and small bites. Additionally, Princi will also serve up wine, spirits, and beer. Some highlighting menu items are the prosciutto focaccia sandwich, tarts, tiramisu, and mozzarella di Bufala pizza. Not to forget that this is a Starbucks infusion, there will be a strong coffee element to the brand new bakery as well. Blenders worked alongside Rocco Princi to develop a Reverse Princi Blend with creamy, sweet notes.
