Lifeway Foods' Plantiful Features Live Active Vegan Kefir Cultures

In response to a growing demand for vegan, non-dairy products, Lifeway Foods is debuting several new products at Natural Foods Expo West, including Plantiful, a plant-based probiotic beverage.

Plantiful is a dairy-free, gluten-free and soy-free beverage made with organic, non-GMO pea protein and 10 vegan kefir cultures. At the event for organic and healthy products, Lifeway will be asking attendees to help decide which flavors should be brought to the market, including options like Vanilla and Chocolate, among others. With an eight-ounce serving, the drink provides 11 grams of plant-powered protein, which offers a convenient way for one to fuel up throughout the day.

At Expo West, some of the other products that are making their debut include Lifeway's new Organic Skyr line, newly formulated bioKEFIR, Lifeway Elixir cocktails and The Kefir Cookbook.
