The limited-edition Burleighs PINK gin was inspired by a trip to Japan during peak cherry blossom season.
The spirit gets its vibrant pink hue from a variety of pink-tinted ingredients, including preserved Japanese cherry blossoms, pink grapefruit, hibiscus and rose flowers. As master distiller Jamie Baxter describes, "Tokyo is full of wonders and I have created a gin that encompasses some of the excitement and joy that can be found in the great city."
The pink gin boasts 40% ABV and comes in a matching pink bottle of which only 600 are available for a limited time through Burleighs. When it comes to serving, Burleighs carries out a colorful theme by pairing its gin with an Aromatic Tonic Water from Fever-Tree that also boasts a slight rosy tint.
