London College of Communication design student Peter Roden has created a personalized chocolate bar to use as his own promotional tool.
Calling it 'Chocolate Grotesque,' Roden was inspired to embark on this project when he discovered a hand-cut and badly worn Victorian letterpress font in an old type book. Deciding to revive the font type, Roden embarked on a project to design his own set of edible typographic chocolate bars that feature a personalized CV wrapper.
Each personalized chocolate bar was made from a 3D-printed mold that was then filled with 'Rococo' chocolate. Each piece of the alphabetical mold can be then broken off into pieces to be either enjoyed of rearranged. The wrapper itself is hand-printed in the same 'Chocolate Grotesque' typeface as the bar itself and further explains both the project and Roden's design background.
