The Los Angeles-based architect selected an unusual location where the structure sits atop a winding hilly terrain in Hong Kong. Gehry designed the building specifically for Hong Kong's landscape where land is scarce and bumpy at some points.
The building has a total of 12 residential suites, and each have a complete 360 degree view of the crowded city and mountainous terrains. The design is eye-catching from the exterior, but the interior is even more inviting. The layout eradicates unnecessary walls and allows each suite to revolve around the building's core structure.
