Auba Studios got to work with the NZ10 apartment building that is located in Palma, Spain. It boasts an industrial design language as it previously functioned as a former bakery back in the 80s. The bakery is located on the ground floor and has now been stripped back by the studio to showcase the high ceilings and unique structure of the space.
Now, it is defined by a half-height room divider constructed from wood and is detailed with shelving, followed by a living area, dining space, and kitchen on one side. On the other side if a bedroom and bathroom, leaving enough space in between to allow for light to flow from the joined patios.
