Nuts for Cheese was founded in 2015 by vegan chef Margaret Coons. Since its launch, the innovative company has been able to make quite the splash within the plant-based dairy market due to its unique value proposition: the brand specializes exclusively in fermented cashew-based butter and cheeses. In addition, all of their products have a premium, artisanal quality, allowing them to appeal to quality-conscious consumers.
