Apprentice 2018 finalist Camilla Ainsworth recently introduced a limited-edition, vegan-friendly Salted Honeycomb Hazelnut milk alternative through M+LKPLUS that's branded as a "no naughties nut juice."
The limited-edition four-pack of "M+LK" boasts no dairy or refined sugar, yet comes fortified with calcium and Vitamin D3. The "nut juice" is prepared with a base of filtered spring water, hazelnuts, rice flour, the natural extracts of carob, apple and grape, as well as a few other simple ingredients. Notably, the nut juice does not contain stabilizers or gums, as many comparable non-dairy drinks and plant-based milk products do.
According to Ainsworth, she created M+LKPLUS to fulfill a personal need when she was diagnosed with dairy intolerance and was unsatisfied by the many unnatural, uninspiring milk alternatives on the market and knew her stance would resonate with other Millennials.
