This New England IPA Uses Rakau, Nectaron and Motueka Hops

Dorchester Brewing Company, a brewery unsurprisingly located in the Dorchester area right in the heart of Boston, has teamed up with hopping giants Yakima Chief Hops in order to release a delicious New England IPA that well and truly showcases the premium hops used to brew it.

The 'Terra Nova' beer is a New England IPA that makes use of a trio of carefully selected hops of the Rakau, Nectaron and Motueka varieties. The beer also happened to undergo a fermentation process assisted with thiolized yeast, which was done in order to highlight the hop notes inherent in the ale. The end result is a beer that has a loud fragrance on the nose and offers flavor notes reminiscent of tropical fruit, orange juice and tangy peach.
