Stripes Beauty Established National Hot Flash Day in September

Significant strides have been made in destigmatizing menopause and its symptoms, and Naomi Watts' pro-aging beauty and wellness brand Stripes Beauty is advancing this movement by declaring September 9th, 2024 the inaugural National Hot Flash Day.

"We are proud to launch National Hot Flash Day to champion an open dialogue about menopause, its symptoms, and this natural phase of life," said Watts in a statement, "By establishing a day to speak publicly about the challenges women encounter, we hope we inspire conversation, community, and support for women as they navigate hormonal changes."

For the first-ever National Hot Flash Day, Stripes Beauty is hosting an ice cream pop-up at NYC's Bryant Park where visitors can learn about managing hot flashes and other menopause symptoms, and cool off with a free Van Leeuwen ice cream.
