Instead of being covered in bread crumbs or something similar, these mozzarella sticks are breaded with a mixture of Hot Fries and Cheddar Fries from Andy Capp's. This appetizer is ideal for indecisive people who can't choose between mozzarella sticks and french fries (or even between different kinds of "corn and potato snacks").
From food blog The Vulgar Chef, the dish is made by crushing up the crunchy Andy Capp's hot and cheddar fries and used flour, eggs and oil for frying purposes. The mozzarella component consists of mozzarella cheese strings. Kyle Marcoux cut the stringed cheese in half before frying the covered dairy products for approximately 15 seconds. They are then served with the traditional marinara sauce.
These are a great game day snack.
