In order to demonstrate the importance of protecting against fleas and ticks in the home, Zoetis worked with MatterThings to create 3D-printed model houses to be displayed at veterinary clinics across Canada.
These "flea houses" are styled like small tabletop dollhouses that come to life with augmented reality. With an accompanying app, the public is able to see educational content on the importance of keeping homes free of flea and tick infestations. Inside the display, there are small pieces of furniture and pets. On the exterior of the house, there are slots for informational brochures on Zoetis as a developer and manufacturer of animal medications.
This model house diorama is a creative use of 3D printing that's just as intriguing to look at as it is educational.
