Preferences around dairy products are changing quite quickly, which is seeing brands like Müller respond with new yogurts that speak to consumer preferences in a more direct way.
The new yogurts includes a new lactose-free line called 'Corner' that are set to launch in the UK starting in May along with the new Müller quark yogurt that is an Alpine-style dairy snack. The brand has also announced that it has shifted to reduce the amount of sugar found in its core range of yogurts to answer demand from consumers for less sweeteners in their foods.
The new Müller yogurts were explained by CMO Michael Inpong who said, "Alongside creating everyday moments of pleasure for our consumers, we’re focused on building a vibrant future for the British dairy industry. We have increased our marketing spend by almost 25%, extended our successful partnership with British Athletics, and with Müller quark yogurt and Müller Corner lactose free, we will continue to strengthen our leadership in new and exciting parts of the category."
