Minimalist Victorian Homes

Edmonds + Lee Developed a Clean, Simple & Straightforward Interior

Situated in the Noe Valley neighborhood of San Francisco, this minimalist Victorian home enjoys an uncluttered and well-lit interior design arranged by the creative efforts of California-based studio Edmonds + Lee. The house is slender and its front facade is clad in wood that has been treated with white paint. While the interior of the minimalist Victorian home relies mainly on natural materials, good lighting and a monochromatic paint job, Edmonds + Lee added a modern contrast to the austere ambiance with hits of darkness from the furniture — the L-shaped contemporary sofa in the living room, for example.

The practice created such a the clutter-free interior for this minimalist Victorian home that its arrangement and color palette seems to be taken out of a catalog.
