Three new menu items are making their way to Taco Cabana, and one of them is the new Mango-Habanero Pulled Pork Torta.
This September, Taco Cabana is launching a new Mango-Habanero Pulled Pork Torta at all of its locations across Texas. The spicy new sandwich is made with Mango-Habanero Pulled Pork, and a flavorful combination of refried beans, lettuce, tomatoes, and Taco Cabana’s signature chipotle crema. As Fiesta Restaurant Group President and CEO Rich Stockinger explains, "Tortas are a big part of Mexican food culture and we’re looking forward to putting our own TC spin on them with Mango-Habanero Pulled Pork."
While the new sandwich is sure to be a hit, Taco Cabana is also offering its Mango-Habanero Pulled Pork in the form of a taco or cabana bowl—a first in the brand's 42-year history.
