Krispy Kreme's Limited-Edition Donuts Feature Vimto Frosting & Icing

Krispy Kreme recently introduced a limited-edition donut range featuring a first-of-its-kind collaboration with soft drinks brand Vimto.

For the first time, Krispy Kreme is launching donuts featuring the unique Vimto flavor, which comes from a combination of grapes, raspberries, blackcurrants, herbs and spices. Two special donuts are being shared with the Vimto flavor and baked fresh at Krispy Kreme Hotlight locations, including The Vimto Shimmer and The Vimto Ring.

While the Vimto Shimmer is filled with a frosting flavored after the soft drink, The Vimto Ring takes the form of a signature Krispy Kreme ring donut, half of which is dipped into Vimto icing—both of which can be identified by their distinctive purple color. For the season, Krispy Kreme is also introducing other spooky donuts for a Halloween tie-in.
