Joy the Baker's Lime Cordial Three Ways post was made in the aftermath of the blogger's trip to New Orleans. A magazine featuring gourmet pasta recipes inspired here to make this fruity drink, a strange albeit delicious light bulb idea.
To begin the seasonal drink, Joy hand squeezed an assortment of limes. Approximately 10 limes were used to fill a jar full with the juice which was then used to produced a saccharine syrup.
Much like most cordials, this syrup was mixed in with fizzy beverages. Just as the Three Ways title suggests, she took from different flavors, merging the sticky substance with club soda, cucumber juice and blonde ale. Akin flavors can be used as substitutes.
