Designed to celebrate the women’s resort wear brand’s 65th anniversary, the new Lilly Pulitzer Lemon Coconut Cake is a dreamy and delicious creation. The collaborative treat consists of a white cake soaked in a zesty lemon simple syrup and filled with bright and nutty lemon coconut cream. The whole thing is then topped with a sweet lemon buttercream frosting and garnished with lemons that have been infused with coconuts. Naturally, the cake is also packaged in Lilly Pulitzer’s signature bright and colorful designs.
