Kimbap, also known as Korean seaweed rice rolls, inspired a new plant-based protein delivery business in Korea from UNLIMEAT. The operator of the largest plant-based meat-exclusive factory in Asia specializes in vegan products with a Korean twist and it is now introducing a new protein bomb kimbap delivery service called Rollicious.
Rollicious offers up seven different menu items made with UNLIMEAT products like char-grilled galbi, tuna and pulled pork, as well as JUST Egg. These protein-packed bites are wholly plant-based, offering a fresh and nutritious take on a regional staple that aligns with plant-based eaters' values.
This delivery service started out with a beta test in September and it's officially launching in October with a focus on the Gangnam and Seocho districts in Korea.
