KFC Launches its Kentucky Fried Chicken Nuggets Across the U.S.

KFC recently introduced its Kentucky Fried Chicken Nuggets to the Charlotte, North Carolina market. The nuggets are made with 100% white meat chicken, 11 herbs and spices, and can be enjoyed individually or as a combo. The nuggets will also be sold in a smaller kids portion, which comes with fries and a small drink. Also announced by KFC was the limited-time return of the $5 ‘Mac & Cheese Bowl.’ The bowls feature KFC’s new nuggets and a three-cheese blend, with KFC’s Nashville Hot sauce returning alongside it.

"Frankly, we knew we could do better than the popcorn chicken," CMO Nick Chavez said. "It’s hard to believe we’ve never had a true nugget. We’ve been ceding nugget buyers to other brands for too long now and these nuggets will give us a way back to families, which is our imperative."
