Algae Cooking Club Debuted Infused Oils with Eleven Madison Park Restaurants

Algae Cooking Club, best known for its chef-grade cooking algae oil, teamed up with Eleven Madison Park restaurants to release a pair of infused oils: Shiitake Mushroom and Gochugaru Chili. Both oils make the most of 100% chef-grade culinary algae oil—which is high oleic, rich in omegas and seed oil-free—and are flavorfully infused to instantly add depth of flavor to homemade dishes.

Made in collaboration with Chef Daniel Humm, the oils work just as well apart as they do together. To achieve layers and layers of flavor, Algae Cooking Club used the same steeping process used in the Eleven Madison Park kitchen. While Gochugaru Chili Oil gets its aromatic heat from hints of cinnamon and star anise, Shiitake Mushroom Oil is rich, savory and umami.
