Inspired by a concept from Japan, Koi Sakana Ramen now has Ice Cream Volcano ramen on the menu, and it is served with an entire ice cream cone. This dish is an altered version of the restaurant's Spicy Volcano level two spicy pork bone soup broth with bacon, ham, soft-boiled egg, noodles and it's enhanced with a whole vanilla soft serve ice cream cone.
The idea is that this dish can be eaten in two ways. Firstly, diners have the option of eating some of the dish before the ice cream has the chance to alter the consistency, after which point the broth takes on a whole new consistency and flavor that's creamier and less spicy. Due to its nature, the unusual ramen dish is an exclusive dine-in item.
