Tropical Smoothie Cafe wants to help consumers celebrate the start of a new year with the debut of its new Hurricane Smoothie and several fresh Cajun-style food items.
From January 6 through March 23, 2021, Tropical Smoothie Cafe will be offering a new Mardi Gras-themed menu. As Tropical Smoothie Cafe's CEO Charles Watson explains, "We understand Mardi Gras celebrations may look a little different this year, but it’s our hope that these fun and bold Mardi Gras flavors transport guests to Tropic Time and provide a moment for a little break."
The new menu features several limited-edition food and drink items inspired by the annual New Orleans celebration. First up is the Hurricane Smoothie, which is made from a blend of passion fruit, pineapple, orange juice, and some sweet dark cherries. As for food, there's a Cajun Shrimp Wrap and Cajun Shrimp Salad, both of which are made with seasoned shrimp, dirty rice, and a creole sauce or dressing.
