Pet Safety Awareness Treats

Hot Hounds Recently Launched the New 'Car-Baked Dog Treats'

In an effort to raise awareness about the dangers of leaving pets inside a hot car, Hot Hounds has partnered with pet treat company Earth Paws and creative Agency Rethink Canada to launch the new 'Car-Baked Dog Treats.' The unique dog biscuits are made by baking them inside a hot vehicle to show the critically high temperatures cars can obtain that is lethal to pets.

The Hot Hounds treats feature bright red and pink packaging with a cartoon dog that caught on fire. The dog illustration also features to Xs rather than eyes to highlight the new initiative's message. All profits raised from the sale of the Car-Baked Dog Treats will be donated to Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) and consumers can purchase the dog biscuits online.
