With a new and immersive experience in Brooklyn, Hella Cocktail Co. is inviting adults to go on a journey through their senses to discover the best of cocktail bitters. Cheers to 10 Bitter Years: A Flavor Exploration is a multi-sensory pop-up that has people walk into "the bartender's spice cabinet" to learn about the origins of bitters, their medicinal qualities and how they are used and loved in cocktail culture to this day.

At the interactive extraction wall, guests will have the chance to see (and smell) the process of how bitters are made with fruits, spices and roots. Finally, they will also get to taste products from Hella Cocktail Co., such as the Bitters & Soda, and enjoy even more delights at the Non-Alcoholic Speakeasy.
