Toronto's House of VR is creating a haunted house for Halloween this year, but it is one that will offer "360 degrees of terror" through its virtual reality viewing booths, units and pods.
The Freaky Friday VR event teases that participants will enter an experience where they must attempt to evade Bloody Mary, or try their hand at a variety of creepy games. As House of VR describes: "We'll be featuring only horror content on all VR units and viewing pods upstairs; each VR booth will have its own terrifying experience so you can try all the creepy games and interactions."
One of the most terrifying aspects of a VR haunted house experience is that it has the potential to truly take people by surprise by offering frights that are outside the constraints of what is possible with the limitations of the physical world.
