A French company by the name of Coldefy & Associates is designing an incredible dome-shaped greenhouse building, dubbed Tropicalia, that is set to bring an array of tropical wildlife and greenery to northern France.
This greenhouse building is set to measure in at 20,000 square meters, which will make it the biggest single-domed greenhouse building the world has ever seen. The building will be able to maintain a temperature of 28 degrees Celsius and is designed to be occupied by life forms more commonly seen in tropical areas, such as turtles, hummingbirds and exotic plants.
The construction process for the Tropicalia greenhouse building is expected to conclude in 2021, at which point it is set to function not just as a tourist attraction but also as a fantastic example of an eco-friendly architectural application.
