The Geoship domes are designed to reconnect with nature by causing minimal disruption to the environment. The homebuilding cooperative uses regenerative building methods, including the use of bioceramics in its structure. Regenerative architecture is a branch of construction that aims to reverse the toll that home building takes on nature and produce a net-positive environmental impact.
Geoship domes are defined by the dome's geodesic shape. The bioceramic material used for their construction forms using "the same chemical bonding [that] occurs in bones, seashells, and even the ancient pyramids of Giza," according to the architects on the project.
Each material is seamlessly blended together during the construction process. Additionally, the Geoships are cost-effective and highly efficient.
