Outback Steakhouse's Great Barrier Eats is a special, limited-time menu that shares new and fan-favorite dishes that pay homage to the seven natural wonders of the world. Named after the famed Australian landmark, the Great Barrier Reef, the menu introduces what Outback calls the "Eighth and Most Delicious Wonder of the World."
On the menu, diners will get to experience surf and turf hits with the Reef & Beef Platter; the rich Tasmanian Shrimp & Scallop Pasta served with alfredo sauce and topped with Parmesan cheese; and the Bloomin' French Onion Sirloin capped off with melted Provolone cheese and Bloomin' Onion petals.
Outback launched an all-new Kangaroo Krush cocktail made with Cruzan Passion Fruit Rum, orange liqueur, blood orange sour, mango and club soda to pair with the menu inspired by the wonderous natural world.
