Grace on Coronation is a spectacular three-tower development, dreamed up by Zaha Hadid Architects, that will be located in Australia. The towers will boast a modern design that tapers down at the bottom. The towers will boast the delicious curved lines that are closely associated with Hadid's work. The towers' tapered-down design aims to maximize the amount of useable outdoor space.
The development will include 7,300 square meters of landscaped public parklands. It will open up a beautiful part of the riverfront to the community for the first time in 150 years.
Grace on Coronation will occupy a total of 130 m of the riverfront and will include 486 apartments, eight waterfront villas and 635 car parking spots. The towers will feature an elegant multi-layer facade with patterned curtain wall glazing. Construction on the towers will begin in June.
