My day has just been made, thanks to SamuraiFrog's Godzilla Haiku blog. This is the best Tumblr blog ever created. It is still in its infancy, but give it time.
These haikus are incredibly deep, given the source material. Godzilla is usually just a cheesy monster who destroys buildings and gets into fights with other, even cheesier monsters. But in the Godzilla Haiku blog he is so much more. A tormented soul, an outsider trying to fit in, and apparently, a crotch gazer.
I implore you to check out the Godzilla haiku blog. It’ll enlighten you.
