In honor of Celiac Awareness Month, this May Franz Bakery will be introducing new Gluten Free Deli Style loaves.
For year, Franz has received feedback from customers that they would love to see a longer and more generous slice from the brand. So to satisfy that craving, Franz has created a new lineup of Gluten Free Deli Style loaves, that includes sourdough, brioche and rye flavored varieties. While big on flavor and texture, each of the new Gluten Free Deli Style loaves is free from gluten, nuts, soy, dairy, egg, and high-fructose corn syrup. As Victoria Krabill, Director of Marketing at Franz, explains, "New Franz Gluten Free Deli Style loaves feature a generously sliced deli-style cut, creating the perfect base for avocado toast, piling on deli meats and veggies for lunch, or berries and chocolate drizzle for dessert."
