Life-Sized Cookie Cars

The Gingerbread Woodie is a Replica of the Ford Vehicle

I've seen some impressive holiday creations this Christmas, but the Gingerbread Woodie blows them all out of the water. It is a life-sized replica of the 1948 Ford Woodie vehicle. Yes, life-sized.

Created by pastry Chef Brian Sundeen and his Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel team, the Gingerbread Woodie measures 8-feet long, 6-feet wide and 5 1/2-feet tall. They used 150 pounds of gingerbread and 300 pounds of royal icing in total.
