Le Vermouth Rouge Joseph Cartron is bottled at a 17.5% ABV and is made with a base of Pinot Noir wine while Le Vermouth Blanc Joseph Cartron, boasting a 16.5% ABV, features a base of Chardonnay wine. The Rouge vermouth was formulated with 19 unique ingredients, including orange, cinnamon, ginger, and Sichuan pepper, among others. Le Vermouth Blanc, on the other hand, was crafted with 16 ingredients, including cloves, bay leaves, nutmeg, licorice, and elderberry.
Both products are recommended served over ice or in numerous cocktails.
