These Flourish by Kirsty’s Meals Come in Three Recipe Options

These Flourish by Kirsty’s ready meals have been created by the brand as a series of kid-friendly food options that maintain a free-from recipe to work well for children with allergies or intolerances.

The meals come in three varieties including Chicken & Sweetcorn Pie, Pasta Bolognese and Cottage Pie, which are each crafted in an allergen-free food factory. Each of the meals are free from dairy, eggs, gluten, nuts and soy, and are priced at £2.50 per 200-gram serving. The meals are making their way to Morrisons in the UK and can be prepared in either the microwave or the oven.

Founder Kirsty Henshaw spoke on the new Flourish by Kirsty’s ready meals saying, "My free-from journey started many years ago when my young son was diagnosed with food allergies and intolerances, so I have first-hand experience with how daunting this can be. This is exactly why I wanted to create Flourish, to allow all young children to enjoy deliciously healthy meals without compromise, and of course make life that little bit easier for busy families."
