UK bakery Peboryon is known for creating lavish tortes for anniversaries, weddings and special occasions but the most recent cake put together by owner Christine Jenson defies gravity with a floating design. The supernatural dessert was seen at the Cake International Birmingham event showcasing each tier spinning on its own and completely separate from one another.
The clever floating cake takes inspiration from Star Wars' famed green character Yoda and his Jedi skills. The cake took roughly eight months of planning and ingredient development to put together an end result that levitated and even twirled all on its own. While Jenson has yet to reveal her secret baking tricks, the cake sure is unlike any other wedding dessert on the market.
