Gabriel Boudier Mustard Liqueur is created with black and brown mustard seeds that are macerated in alcohol for two weeks, then combined with pepper, sugar, honey and other select ingredients. When it comes to enjoying the unconventionally flavored liqueur, it is said to offer an interesting twist to classic cocktails, turning the Bloody Mary into 'Mustard Mary' and a Tom Collins into 'Mustard Collins.'
