Available as of May May 27th from all participating Woody’s Bar-B-Q locations, the new Flatbread Trifecta will consist of a trio of farmhouse-inspired flatbreads that will be available for just six weeks. The first of the new flatbreads is The Porku-Pineapple, which pairs slow-smoked sausage with pineapple tidbits for the perfect blend of sweet and savory. Next up is The Yard Bird, which features Woody's Southern Fried Popcorn Chicken, along with cherry tomatoes, cilantro, and a blend of mozzarella and cheddar jack cheeses. Lastly, there's The Spicy Hog, which is heaped with slow-smoked pulled pork and a blend of mozzarella and cheddar jack cheeses.
