Emmy Squared Pizza, the popular New York City-based pizza and burger restaurant, has just unveiled three new vegan pizzas.
Emmy Squared Pizza is a growing pizza concept with 20 locations in cities throughout the United States. The chain is best known for its Detroit-style pizzas, and now there are several vegan-friendly versions of the pizzas available. Each of the new vegan pizzas is made with gooey vegan cheese and other plant-based ingredients. The first of the new varieties is the Classic, which features a red sauce and vio life vegan shredded mozzarella. On the other hand, the Artie Bucco features garlic confit cloves, caramelized onions, and fresh basil. Lastly, the Larry, is a tasty combination of parsley pesto, pine nuts, golden raisins, roasted cauliflower, spinach, and chili glaze.
