The German-Japanese studio Minkus Architects Tokyo has designed a unique apartment concept that uses curtains as walls. The architecture studio has renovated the Egota305 residence in Tokyo with curtained room dividers, which, as Dezeen points out, makes the Egota305 residence look like a fabric play-house.
The curtains in the Egota305 residence separate the kitchen and built-in wardrobe, and are decorated with patches meant to act as windows. One of the curtains also has a fake window which is backlit to give the illusion of another external wall.
