'DECIEM AT HOME' Will Provide Professional Skincare Advice

In an effort to help consumers care for their skin while sheltering in place, DECIEM has launched a virtual service called 'DECIEM AT HOME.'

DECIEM is the parent company of popular skincare brands such as The Ordinary and NIOD. DECIEM AT HOME is a new, virtual arm of the company that will provide consumers with live virtual consultations. Through an innovative engagement technology called HERO, DECIEM ambassadors will be able to advise consumers via instant messages, video chat, photos, and video calls. Users can then send photos or videos of their skin concerns and ambassadors will provide product and skincare recommendations. Ambassadors will even follow up with customers after a few weeks to see if the products are working for them.

DECIEM AT HOME officially launches on April 27, 2020.
