Costa Tequila has announced the launch of its newest 'Añejo product, which is set to join the brand's growing lineup of 'High/Low'' blends. Costa Tequila's High/Low lineup features tequilas made from agave sourced from the high and lowlands of Mexico.
However, what makes this tequila particularly unique is that it has been aged for 16 months in American Oak barrels. Because of this, it features a notably sophisticated flavor profile that includes notes of vanilla, caramel, roasted hazelnut, brown sugar, and pure agave.
"We perfected a Hi/Lo blend that combines the sweet flavors of the agave with subtle notes of the barrel," said Gavula. "This Añejo was made for those who truly love tequila and are excited to try something new."
